Mandatory reconsideration pip evidence was created by lottie1
Can I please get some advice . I have very recently submitted a late mandatory reconsideration to pip. I explained in the form why it was late. Dwp said I can send in my medical evidence later and gave me a date. I am in the process of getting my evidence together. I have a letter from my housing support worker who was on the pip telephone assessment with me.I was awarded zero on all descriptors after 20 years of pip it was stopped. My health condition has worsened not got better.the assessors report from capita was full of things I did not say.i showed it to my housing support worker who agreed the assessors report was full of things i didn't say on the telephone assessment. I have stated this in the mandatory reconsideration form and what I disagree with. My housing support worker has given me just a brief vague letter outlining her role in supporting me .she said she didn't want the dwp to nitpick her letter. I did ask her if she can say what descriptors apply to me as she sees me regularly i understand I put this in the mandatory reconsideration .do you think a more detailed letter from my support worker would be helpful in my mandatory reconsideration?

Hi lottie1
We can not answer your question as we do not have all the relevant facts or know what your support worker wrote, remember PIP is not about the condition but about how your condition affects you.
If your condition has stayed the same or worsen then say so, did you use your previous application as a template for your current claim.
