I missed the deadline ,have a severe mental illness rendering me sometimes unable to concentrate , received an unanou nced visit from 2 DWP officers . Now i have had UC payments bit not the premiums I had with ESA . They are phoning me all the time to discuss .. . now tell e thisis a ew laim and I might have to send sick notes in . Is this correct ?
