PIP review forms can be sent out up to a year before the end date of the award. However, this varies - some people are receiving their forms up to 12 months before the end date, and some people are being sent them with only three months to go or any time in between. It is hit and miss. If you haven't heard from the DWP by the end of May, I would ring and ask.
