hi, I am on UC and get higher rate care and mobility for pip, my son is disabled and he gets higher rate care and lower rate mobility dla, we have 2 children and get chb for both.
my query is can I put money into my Childs junior isa? as I am aware the limit you can put into a junior isa is 9000 pounds per year , if I was to put 750 pounds monthly into my daughters jisa, could this be counted as depravation of capital for uc purposes?
I kindly ask somebody can advise further
