Housing questions are outside the remit of this forum, but we do sometimes try to answer them. I can tell you that the DWP will not pay housing benefit to claimants with two properties (even though this is obviously only temporary). I would ring the UC helpline and ask whether there is a solution. (I expect they will suggest you take out some advance payment in the form of a loan, which you would have to pay back) so the situation doesn't force you into areas.
