Hi, In the process of filling in a WCA50 form and some advice answering question 80 in the mental cognitive and intellectual capabilities section My partner has severe anemia which for several months has caused regular fainting episodes and dizziness so obviously cannot be trusted to handle boiling water or use sharp knives etc which are listed in the question they need constant supervision at the moment when simply moving from room to room We have mentioned this in the psysical part of the mental cognitive and intellectual capabilities section question 75
My question is should we mention it in question 80 in the mental health side as the condition
