Filled a renewal form for CDLA sent in well within time frame but when we queried any back pay (16 weeks ) we were told that they don't give back pay for renewals ?? I don't believe them to be honest the award date is from 6th December 2025 yet the form was sent on August 14th. The award has gone from med care to high care and low mobility. We have asked for a mandatory reconsideration and shall we put the query about back pay in that letter or in a separate letter? Thank you
