I’m 69 in January I get the standard rate of pip and the low mobility rate how do I get the enhanced rate as my condition not getting better I have pip until 2027 when I will be 70 not sure how to use this site many thanks .
As you are now state pension age, if your condition has deteriorated you can apply for a change of circumstances in regards to your daily living component of PIP but unfortunately you will not be able to apply for a change of circumstances in regards to your mobility as you cannot claim the enhanced component once you are over state pension age, if you are not already in receipt of the enhanced mobility before you reach state pension age.
