PIP Review Form Questions was created by mixman09
Hello,
I'm currently in the process of my first PIP Review having originally applied and successfully appealed back in 2015. Could you please help me with answering the following questions:
17 Have there been any changes in your health condition or disability since we las
awarded you PIP?
18 Have your daily living needs changed since we last made a decision on your PIP?
By daily living we mean preparing food and cooking, eating and drinking, managing
treatments and taking medication, washing and bathing, managing toilet needs, dressing
and undressing, communicating, reading, mixing with other people and managing money.
19 Have your mobility needs changed since we last made a decision on your PIP?
By mobility we mean getting around and planning and following a journey.
In theory I just tick the No box and attach the original application. But I suspect it isn't as simple as that. Could you please explain how I should answer these questions?
Thank you, much appreciated.
Liam

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi mixman09
We advise claimants to treat a review as though it was a new claim, if you kept a copy of your original claims form, which we recommend claimants to do then use it as a template and make any necessary changes such as new conditions or medications, remember for a new condition you must have had it for at least 3 months and ongoing for a further9 months or more.
Use extra pages if you need to and number them, i.e 1 of 9, 2 of 9 etc etc, don't forget to add your name and NINO to each page.
Good luck
Gary
