Just a message to say I won the MR!! Which is rare I know.
They admitted that my daily living should never have been lowered to standard from enhanced. But also “at a glance”. I should be awarded low rate mobility as well. (I could push for high, but I’m going to quit whilst I’m ahead for now and take this win).
When I asked about the 2029 renewal date remaining. (As the courts awarded 10 years/ life long). As this has been a lot to go through mentally. And I can’t do it again so soon. She said courts have different rules and can request longer time between reviews. But, she also said, the next time it’s very likely to be the same outcome as now. And shouldn’t change.
But, woohoo I guess.
