I have my migration notice from ESA to UC. This may seem an odd question but on the form it asks who lives with me? Well, I live with my brother in his flat, not my brother lives with me (no rent involved as the state does not recognise siblings living together). Maybe I just read this question at face value. As it I live with him, do I need to add his details to the claim?
Your brother does not count as part of your household so there is no need to mention him. You will not be claiming for rent so non dependent deductions will not apply.
