Hello I migrated from ESA support group to U.C. in May 2025 and have the transitional payment. I have had a very polite invitation to speak with the a lady at the job centre about getting helped back into work. I am in the LCWR group. The information in my journal says it’s voluntary and if I want to I can ask her to phone me and I won’t be reassessed. With this being voluntary and not required I have not responded. But now I have been asked a second time and it’s giving me server anxiety and panic attacks. Now I don’t know what to do. Please help
Just ignore them. As you are in the Support Group then you don't have to respond to Jobcentre requests. There are some people though who may want to respnd as there is no permitted work with UC unlike ESA and they may want to try a little work.
