Hi, Just looking for some quick advice really. I know there are many changes to benefits coming up, don't understand most of them, but my question is, should I force the change to PIP or are those still on DLA protected from the changes and best to wait until told to change? Hope that makes sense. Thanks
Migrations from DLA to PIP were paused until 2028, and we haven't heard that they have started up again to clear the oustanding list. If your condition has deteriorated and you think you may be awarded more on PIP - then you can always contact them and they will put you through the PIP process.
