I am in receipt of UC, having previously received ESA. If the talks about possible pension changes get approval and the age reverts to 60, will I be expected to pay back any overpayment of my ESA or UC as these will clearly have been greater than any pension amount. Thank you.
If there are any changes to the state pension, Steve will inform everybody in the newsletter and report on the impact at that time. There is no point in us trying to say what they might do, because we don't know.
