Hi. I apologise in advance if this has already been asked. I have recently been found fit for work after a UC assessment. I previously had LCW. Do my appointments with my work coach have to be face to face, or can they be via telephone call? I feel by going to the office it just gives them more ammunition to say I don't have LCW. (I am in the process of a mandatory reconsideration as I scored 0 points, yet when I went through & calculated my points I got 129 points!) Thank you
