Yes, we have heard from other members who have received the same message which was followed a few days later with the review forms arriving.
This gives you the heads up so that you can get prepared before the forms arrive. If there has been no change in your condition, use your original form as a template to complete the new forms when they arrive, the new forms are smaller than the original form, use extra paper if required to answer any questions make sure you number the pages and add your name and NINo to each extra page you use.
