Loosing patience since 2021 UC

Hi all,
I’m wondering if anyone can help, I first moved to uc in June 2021 due to being rehoused as we were homeless, both me and my child are disabled, I was previously in the esa support group with carers premium enhanced disability premium and severe disability premium, along side tax credits and housing benefit, since moving over to uc I am roughly getting around £400 less in my benefit due to the premiums not being in uc, at first they didn’t give me any transitional payments, they then proceeded to give me £120 per month then eroded it due to the yearly April increase, I have been questioning my amounts since 2021, they won’t give me carers element as I am in LWRCA group myself, I’m a single parent, I’m my sons only carer, I claim carers allowance but they take this of me pound for pound, I then questioned the transitional payment amounts and they gave me a little bit extra due to a change in the rules surrounding sdp which was then also eroded, I believe the amount has been wrong since 2021 and I also believe that I should be still entitled to the carers premium? Can anyone shed some light on this as I’m so tired of going back and forth with them and getting no where, Thankyou x
