Hi, I am handing my review form in late (with permision) because I was changing my address when the form came and moving to UC then I got ill.
I've started to finish the form and I've just realised it's got my old address on as it was deliverred to that address.
Obviously, PIP have been told of my change of address because that was a big reason for me asking for more time with the form.
They've not sent me a new form out with my new adress on and I've only just realised this form has my old address on.
Do you think it will matter?
Should I put a line through the old address and add my new address.
Or, would you advise I phone PIP and explain the form I started when they first sent it has my old address on the front and no other form got sent out to my new address when I told them I was in the process of moving?
