I recently won my appeal at Tribunal re MM verses DWP & was awarded 4 points for engaging face to face with others. This took me to 13 points for the period 2019 - 2022 & into the enhanced category. I assume I will in due course be paid arrears owed to me by DWP. Will I automatically be paid arrears also due on my legacy benefit for additional Disability premiums, or do I need to claim them?
Also in the Tribunal findings the judge advised that I may wish now to make an "out of time appeal" of my 2022 award which was not covered by this Tribunal decision. Can you advise how I should make this appeal?
