Advise please. I am currently waiting for a decision regarding mandator reconsideration for UC. Issue, transitional protection is not being paid! I’ve posted on my UC journal page twice, asking when will this issue be delt with as it’s been over 6 months. There reply, “When they get to it”. Is there anything I can write to speed up this matter, or what would you advise writing?
