I seem to remember the Government were looking into tightening this substantial risk category up. Can anyone tell me if this has happened and if changes have been made or have been planned for the future?
I've been looking through the site and searched other areas and can't seem to see the latest update to this.

They were looking to tighten it - but there's nothing to say on the government website that this has happened or whether it will happen in the future.

Keep an eye out for B&W newsletters, any news will be published in the newsletter, also keep an eye out for an update to the WCA guide, latest update was issued November 2025.
