At what point do they review UC? Do they ask for bank statements at this time? Just wondered as I’ve seen a few posts about this. We transferred in October. Thanks.

All UC claimants these days get an Automated Claim review. As for the timing your guess is as good as mine ! They can ask for bank statements but not to everyone.

Hi Bud
Yes the Automated Claim Review will appear as a To Do on your UC account. You just open it up and follow the instructions. All UC claimants will receive one once a year.
