I submitted my Award Review Form AR1 a few weeks ago. DWP have booked me in for a telephone assessment next week. I've been going through the descriptors and making notes to ensure I don't miss anything when I have the call with them. Am I allowed to refer to my notes during the call?
Yes, you can refer to your notes or the form or any of your evidence. I hope it goes well for you. I hope that you are having the call recorded and/or you are recording it yourself.
