I am just doing my pip form.. Last one was short form so easier. I have lots of information and find writing by hand painful. I have done a document with all relevant answer on it and put in each section the yes/ no ticks and written see typed document as I find writing painful. Will this be accepted or should I put a small amount of info in each box followed by see attached document? If it was an online form would be alot easier for me. Thanks for any replues
You can do just as you suggest and put a note in the box referencing your additional sheets. A lot of people do this - so go ahead and don't worry about it.
