There are a number of hypothetical situations though. If a stand alone UC claim with LCWRA is closed and not due to excess earnings then the LCWRA status is lost.
If a New Style ESA claim is closed you have 12 weeks to reclaim otherwise the LCWRA/Support Group status is lost.
