The Tribunal panel will have the same set of papers. You must point out anything you want to highlight.
The assessor made a 'recommendation' - i.e., gave their opinion, but at the end of the day, the DWP don't have to follow what an assessor says, and in your case, they didn't.
The aim of the Appeal this week is for you to overturn whatever points you were awarded for a better score, and so make sure that is your focus. You can always add at the end, when they ask you if there's anything else you want to say about the review, but even if the panel agrees with you, the DWP maintains the right to review anyone at any time.
