Not another PIP refused letter. guides getting Overwhelmed a month not that long was created by Green Frog
Hello B&W got my PIP refused letter I think I got someone else letter but that not been hared before!
I got 4 points but there no mentioned of Dyslexia or my Toilet needs.
Have stated to look at the PIP appeals guides I can only copy and paste one page at a time into my Text to sound software.
it's getting all very overwhelming.
Do I nee to look at lot of pages.
PIP 58 Personal independence Payment Assessment Tool
PIPAT Guidance for Assessment Providers
Benchbook.
I wonder what % refused get over turned.
This 2nd time typed out as I clicked Cancel. Submit button normally on the right.

You only need to look at the PIP Guide to Claims and Reviews. benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/pip. That is the first guide on the page. It is still very large, but if you look at the contents page, you can jump to the particular pages for the questions you want to respond to.
Only 27% of Mandatory Reconsiderations are won, whereas over 65% of Appeals are successful.

Afternoon all
After spending this last week sorting out Mandatory Reconsideration just seen got fill out a form called CRMR1 not send back an email. And have to send by post all the evidence. How backwards!

There is no proscribed format to make a Mandatory Reconsideration. So the CRMR1 form is not compulsory. If the DWP gave out an email which is unusual then you could use it.

Can I just conform this the right postal address send all my PIP evendence and letter back to.
ESA, Post Handling Site B, Wolverhampton WV99 2FS.
I struggle with phone, why I like email.
Could My two threads be make into one didn't know they were on hold to proved OK to post.
