PIP, AH & AK Mobility Decision Query

Hi! So on the 23rd of March, B&W posted about a new upper tribunal ruling regarding descriptors 1e and 1f for PIP mobility. I can see that the B&W post says that the upper tribunal ruled that AH & AK's case should be reheard by a new panel of lower tribunal judges- does that mean that there hasn't been a change in law/policy yet that would warrant me contacting PIP? I've been a bit confused since I have a similar situation (received 1e so wasn't checked for 1f) and I wasn't sure if this meant that the DWP will need to reexamine their old decisions.
