ESA vs UC payment reconciliations

ESA paid a lump sum for 8 week period from Feb
The clmt has already recvd UC for same period .

Am i right this is overpayment and needs to be reconciled against UC .

Do they recoup by lump sum or spread over future UC payment deductions ?

Hi Sum

I am not sure. I think you will have to keep an eye on your monthly UC statements to check that everything is in order. They have been known to make mistakes!
