My uc statement for my is wrong. I have twice a month. And my first payment is 5th. My uc payments is almost doubled on both dates. Yet my nsesa ,they only taken £166. Instead of £605. I wrote on my journal on the 30th of April but haven't heard back. Did it in the payment section
When you send a UC journal about the amount of your payment don't send it to the Work Coach but choose as recipient A Payment then the message will be routed to the UC Case Manager. Hopefully the mistakes will be corrected.
