I need help please

I sent a letter to appeal to the upper tribunal after the FTT relied on a flawed hp report the hp had wrongly stated that I had stopped taking antidepressants for 4 years

For some reason no one is addressing this fact I have just been denied to appeal to the upper appeal but the FTT made no references to the evidence provided to contradict the Hp findings simply said I’ve relied heavily on the hp report as I the appellant did not attend please help

Hi Ja

I'm sorry that you find yourself in this position. I'm afraid that we are unable to offer you advice in this matter.

You can only appeal their decision not to allow you to take your case to the Upper Tribunal if you can find they made an "error in the law"

I have attached a link to the government website that explains your choices. The best thing to do is to speak to Citizens' Advice Bureau or a specialist welfare advisor.
