thanks for your message. useful though depressing to know they can take overpayments back even if official error.
i think you misunderstood the other part of my question though - I already migrated last year. Am on UC and have been on cb/nsESA as well. Now ending ESA (dure to working hours being over permitted working rules) but keeping UC.
Becuse my ESA was deducted from UC, If they take ESA overpayment, can I claim the lost earnings in UC from them for same period? (i.e. if they claim 3 months overpayment of ESA, can I appeal asking to be paid for missing UC award for that period?)
