I thought that this had been scrapped. Yet the dwp is proposing this again
The DWP proposes that people will need four points in at least one of the 10 daily living questions to qualify for payment - even if you score 2 in every question taking you beyond the award thresholds of 8 (standard rate) and 12 (higher rate).
Is this going to be brought in as law ?
And if it is brought in as law does this mean that claiments on pip going through a reveiw have to have 4 points scored in one of the daily living questions
Just more tatics to punish disabled people for being disabled by changing the rules and making the already hard to pass eligibility criteria for pip even harder
