I got zero points despite having long term mental health problems and currently seeing the NHS Complex Emotional Needs service. Is it worth appealing or would it be a waste of time? I did the reconsideration but got the same result. I didn't include a statement from my partner in the initial application or the reconsideration but sent in a lot of medical records.

It would be a good idea to get some personal assistance from a local Welfare Rights organization such as Citizens Advice or Community Money Advice.
