I missed a couple of calls this morning, then received a text message saying a phone assessment has been booked for 1st July.
This is after a complaint to Capita about the work of fiction that was the assessors report and request for mandatory reconsideration.
I'm unable to call until next week to clarify this with them, but can anyone advise if this is instead of the mandatory reconsideration or is this part of that process?
I'm a bit annoyed that I have to go through the assessment again, particularly when they are adamant it was recorded, and my MR was exceptionally specific when it came to correcting the mistakes and using the evidence I'd provided to back that up.
At least I can prepare to fully explain EVERYTHING even if they don't ask this time, to avoid any doubt. I'm also able to have someone with me this time, I couldn't last time as they rescheduled the assessment at the last minute 🙄
I'm daring to feel a little optimistic that at least they've decided the previous report was extremely wrong...
