Not Heard back from after my WCA for new style ESA - credit only

Does anyone know how do I find out decision for new style ESA when I only receive credits?

I had WCA in March, it's completed and sent to DWP as I was told. I have not heard back from DWP since then, and I have not received any further letters saying my fit note is running out.

I called up DWP, and they passed me straight to Serco, who said they had already completed and sent everything to DWP in March, and it really should be the DWP to tell me and the cannot pass me back to DWP.

I really cannot just wait another 2 hours on the phone again to call DWP, is there any other way to find out the decision?

The proof of benefit says service down
