I received a text message yesterday from the tribunal service informing me that dwp had (finally, 5 weeks late may I add) responded to my pip appeal request, and I’d receive their response in the post. Nothing exciting.
But then this morning at 7am I’ve received another text from HMCTS saying that I asked for my appeal to be withdrawn so they’ve closed it! I didn’t. I don’t have anyone representing me that would have done it either.
I’m just waiting for the phone lines to open in an hour to find out what happened and see if they can reinstate my appeal, but I thought I’d come to see if this had happened to anyone else before?
