DWP just informed me that my PIP review has started. I want to have an idea of how to best fill it when the form arrives. My last review was in 2021 and I am aware the form has changed.
I wonder if there is a template of last the AR 1 form available on Benefits and Work and if you could guide me to it? Many thanks

Hi Tilly

We don't have a template of the AR1 review form. The Guide to PIP Claims and Reviews provides advice on completing the AR1 form starting on page 132. Have a look at what it says and if you then have any specific questions come back and ask and we will try to help.
