Yes, ring the DWP now and ask for an extension. Normally they givwe you two weeks but I have heard some people recently being given four weeks. They will automatically grant the extension. If you find you are still struggling to complete the form within the time limit, ring again and see if they will give you more time, but don't leave it until the last minute to make the request a second time.
