Hi Catherine

If you no longer have a carer then you will need to inform them of this. PIP is awarded according to the points generated by the descriptors. You will not lose points because you no longer have a carer.
Have you thought of keeping a diary of how your health affects your daily life? What are the activities of the carer that are no longer completed?
Have you read the BenefitsandWork guide on PIP:-
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/?dlp=6a71599db108f

Let us know how you get on.
