Text - scam or inefficiency

Is it helpful to use the assessor notes from a previous decision to complete a new review form AR2. I have had PIP for several years now and have never seen any of my Assessor's notes. If this is a good idea how do I request the notes?

So I rang Pip this morning at 9 am and within 20 mins a young man from Donegal Ireland answered and he is sending my last PA4 notes which he said should arrive within 5 - 7 days, although the list where I live is very bad. Thanks for your help to date.

So two weeks ago I received a text saying my review was underway and if I had not received a form in 2 weeks to ring. I didn't receive a form so rang up. DWP said they had not sent the text although we were near to review time. If I receive anything or another text I have to ring them -;I don't understand!

I meant he originated from Donegal - and was now working here. Sorry for the confusion. However I received another text yesterday saying they hadn't received completed form back which was odd as I had not received a form. So I rang DWP again and actually got through to my case manager. She insisted they had not sent me any texts or forms but that my review is due so she will send me a form manually in a month's time. Why have I had two strange texts that are not real from the DWP?
