I may have to sell a car and I have a vague memory of a post on here about it but I couldn't find it. My question is: If you own two cars a modern one and old one, if you get benefits and you sell the old car is it the case that either the Government or DWP are entitled to some of the money? Or have I remembered wrong? Thanks.
