Fluctuating Conditions and pip renewal as a pensioner next year.

Was awarded PIP for ten years, "it is inappropriate to fix a term" due to drug resistant epilepsy, in which I can sometimes injure self.
Award will propably be reviewed next year after April. Have just done your fluctuating conditions training online.

!)Does "how many days are you able to do this activity in the required 12 month period" not apply with epilepsy where there is risk. i.e. does the risk take precedence. Had helpful response from yourselves re a different enquiry which said "your epilepsy is with you for life, you talk about that and how it affects you. And the risk is there regardless of whether you have a fit" CAB helped me with language when wrote last one which said about epilepsy there 24/7. Still had to go to tribunal.
Is there a particular way of stating the 24/7 aspect to seizure risk to DWP. Is saying what you have described "my epilepsy is with me for life; I can go into a seizure at any time, in any place, without warning, so am always at risk. I injure self in seizures, find myself in unsafe situations (and then give examples that are particularly relevent to the activity) Then follow your six stop model which I found very helpful. Am I exempt from Question 6 re days in the 12 months required period if I have enough risk?

2)I used a particular case law that was fairly new at the time. I cannot find case law. Do you have a library of case laws to look at.
