ESA - How do I find my point score was created by daybreak
I have a copy of my medical report from ESA medical (which I am appealing against)
Could someone please advise how I find out how many points I was given.
Thank you

Hi Dawn
Write to your Job Centre+ asking for a copy of the decision makers score sheet. Hopefully, you'll get it through within a week but don't be surprised if it takes much longer.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Dawn,
Maggie is correct, the medical report doesn't add up your points. But if you look at which descriptors the health professional chose you should be able to work out what they considered you should score. The decision maker seldom disagrees with the Atos assessment, although it does occassionaly happen.
Good luck,
Steve
