Incapacity question

I passed the capability test and was found incapable until 2014. Then I got awarded high rate care of DLA until 2014,then got a letter from Incap saying as long as I was receiving hrc I was treated as satisfying the capability test. When do they move me to the ESA 2014?

Around the date your IB comes up for review which according to you is [some month/day]in 2014 I think you're likely to receive an ESA50 as part of the IB to ESA migration.
