The post was on the mat when we got home from a blood test.

I am in shock, original decision of no mobility or care been changed to Highest Rate Mobility & Highest Rate Care. Backdated to July 2010, awarded for 1yr to Jan 2012.

Sent off the appeal letter on 30.12.10 stuffed with so much supporting evidence, that I pity the poor postman who had to deliver it

So very happy that all the work of filling out forms, photo copying everything and anything relating to appointments, treatment & after care was obviously what was needed.

Thank you for all the information on the site and forums. I don't think I would be posting this message if I had not found you.

  			 				Hi Jellie

I am very happy for you and I know the feeling either lying in hospital seeing a surgeon or having just come home for recuperation after surgery or just being home getting irritated with your health and bang goes the Brown Envelope. I think we should have a Brown Day once a year so all the legalities are done once for the next 365 days. Genuine claimants who are very unwell are all in the same boat - so I am very happy for you.
