pathways interview for work

i,m to go on this pathways interview for work and would like to know what happens at the end. is everyone who goes on this are expected to be back at work at the end of it. what if you,re very ill as i am and cant work, do they stop your benefits if you dont get a job then.

No, they can't expect you to work. It's all about doing whatever you are able to do to help prepare for work when you are ready (as though it's a certainty).
