stuart grant maternity

hi,
I need some information:
I am pregnant , 4 month, and i would like take holiday in France and baby born in france so i will go in france 2 months before baby due.
How can I claim stuart grant maternity if my baby will born in france and how can i claim to child benefit and child tax credit.
What they need about document if we are french people living in England.
