DLA Application & Medical

Hello,

According to the letter I have, when I have my DLA medical I should take all relevant medical information with me to show the examiner.

This maybe a silly question but should I take my disabled bus pass, my disabled blue badge and my letter of Disability Registration from my local council too?

I simply dont know if this is needed or would make any difference at all.

Can anyone advise please?

Whether or not it will make much difference insofar as the DLA medical arises, I would still be inclined to take all the medical information with you. It will certainly do you no harm.
