Income-based ESA and partners was created by allycatraz
I am on income-based ESA, and I'm thinking of moving in with my patrner but we are not married. Does anyone know how much my ESA would be affected?

I think you really need face to face advice from either welfare rights at your local council or from the local citizens advice. I would imagaine how many hours your partner works would be taken into account.

Hi!
My wife works and earns over £102/week( the applicable amount) been told 3 times i will get nothing. I think the same would apply living with a partner; but double check with an advisor!

I agree with Jenny. We can't give advice on individual claims. Detailed information about you and your partner's circumstances would be necessary. See
